My experience at Carlisle Audi was memorable because Kelly was absolutely fantastic! From the minute I phoned up to enquire about the Audi Q3 that I had found online, Kelly was great and was on hand for any questions or queries that I had. I would not recommend Carlisle Audi because personally I feel as though I shouldn’t have had issues with my vehicle 6 days after drop off with resulted in it being back in the garage. I feel like customer service isn’t great and would have expected much better communion from an Audi garage
