I'd recommend Carlisle Audi to anyone because they found the car and modal I was looking for and once we agreed a deal everything went smoothly.
I would not recommend Carlisle Audi because I felt the sales manager was dishonest about the deal on the car. The car was a little over budget on pcp deal monthly cost he came back on the phone and told me he could do it cheaper per month as he had knocked a bit off the purchase price and gave me more for my part ex. And also thrown in a service plan which I was not really interested in but in the conversation it sounded free. I didn’t ask how much was being discounted but when I received my finance docs I seen all they had done was knock £15 off the purchase price and £50 more for the part ex. The car was cheaper per month as all they had done was made the balloon payment larger at the end to give a smaller price per month. The service fee was what I was paying in my deposit after saying we have thrown a service plan in. This was all arranged by the sales manager. After I got my finance docs I could see what they had done but I couldn’t be bothered to cancel the agreement as I was already looking forward to getting the car.
Graham the salesman was great though on his communication and was great on the hand over. Very knowledgeable about the car as well.
I was very disappointed at the way the finance was handled though, I would be very wary of using finance with Audi again and I will be paying this finance off very soon.
Car was great though and on hand over they installed a set of Audi puddle lights which was much appreciated and I thank them for this.
I'd definitely recommend Carlisle Audi to friends and family because they were responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. Really happy with my purchase!

Carlisle Audi were helpful because the service has been absolutely fantastic Thomas who sold me my car was brilliant and a pleasure to deal with. Dan the sales manager was also fantastic and both have been helpful. I have bought many cars from main dealers and I can say Carlisle Audi have been the best by far. Great service and after care so well done to all the staff
